Steve Molloy – Barrister, Litigator

Steve qualified as a barrister in 2008 and was immediately offered a pupillage in his native Liverpool. Steven enjoyed early success with a mixed common law practice, and his ability in cross-examination was soon noted by the Court of Appeal.

By 2010, Steve had been offered a tenancy by the 13 King’s Bench Walk chambers, Oxford, where he specialised in criminal law, providing successful representation in a wide range of serious and sometimes high profile trials, including GBH with intent, Dangerous Driving, Robbery, Fraud and Possession with intent to supply drugs.

Warm and approachable, yet unerringly robust in cross-examination, Steve has represented a diverse array of clients, including those with special needs, drug and alcohol issues, mental health issues, first time offenders and other vulnerable clients.

On coming to Charles Hoile Solicitors, Steve was already well known within the firm having been referred numerous criminal cases for court representation over the past three years.

Steve is married and lives within the Thames Valley.
