PROBATE PRACTICE GROUP
Patrick Stewart and Terry Fisher make up this very experienced practice group and between them are able to deal with all aspects of probate. This includes drafting simple wills for a fixed fee through to more complex issues involving advice on inheritance tax and estate planning. If required we act as executors and trustees as we have experience in estate administration. We also can advise on disputes over inheritance or any other aspect of probate, preparing powers of attorney and living wills and dealing with the Court of Protection.
