LITIGATION
The Litigation team are involved in dispute resolution and cases are funded under conditional fee agreements (no win- no fee), legal help/aid and private instruction. Terry and Alison deal with personal injury, employment, consumer credit, commercial contracts, general consumer matters, breaches of contract, landlord and tenant matters and general litigation. Terry specialises in clinical negligence and contentious probate, whilst Alison specialises in debt collection.
