ANNA COWDRY

FAMILY
Both Anna and Alexandra have considerable experience
as advocates in county and family proceedings courts.
They specialise in family work including divorce, separation,
financial settlements and pensions, cohabitee disputes,
domestic violence and children issues. Anna has a particular
interest in care issues whilst Alexandra has a particular
interest in financial matters and has trained as a collaborative
lawyer. The family department aims to deal with cases
in a constructive, non-confrontational way to reach
an early settlement. |

ALEXANDRA SCOTT-MALDEN
Bsc. Dip Law (Exeter)
is a partner. She qualified in 1999. She was appointed an
Advanced Member of the Law Society Family Panel in 2004 and
trained as a collaborative lawyer in 2007.
